Rx: TR P III - COS II P P Janus standing holding spear and thunderbolt. From the Philip Ashton Collection, ex Berk 179, 24 May 2012, lot 308; bought by previous owner from Ian Johnson, September 1987. Geta's resemblance to Septimius Severus, which according to Dio Cassius endeared him to the army, comes out well in the full-bearded portrait on this coin. Scarce: 19 specimens in Reka Devnia hoard..
