Rx: P M TR P II - II COS III P P Elagabalus in Syrian priestly dress holding branch and sacrificing l. at altar; star in field l. with five short rays and a longer sixth ray at top, eradicated star in field r. One of the interesting early reverse dies of this type on which the star was moved from behind the emperor to in front of him, apparently because it was meant to represent the god Elagabalus to whom he was sacrificing..
