Late 19th century striking. Bronze, 54.5g, 54mm. The original was struck in 1613 by Pierre Regnier (Obv)and Nicolas Briot(Rev). High relief dressed bust covered with a draped fleur-de-lis and finished with a large embroidered collar/ Marie de Medici depicted in the guise of Juno, draped in the antique and crowned, holding the scepter, a peacock to her left, seated on a rainbow, above a land and sea landscape.
