Central Bank of Gambia, printer's archival photograph for a £5, ND (1970), black and white, sailboat at left, reverse, men operating miling machine,, (Pick unlisted), Central Bank of The Gambia was established in 1971. The two photographs shows an older design similar to the Currency Board £5, without the portrait of President Dawda Jawara. The design was only done around 1 month before the Jawara becoming president. Interesting and rare (2).
