Includes: (1) Mughal, Shah Jahan I, 1628-1658, silver rupee (11.38g, 23mm), Lahore 1039, month of Azar, without regnal year. // (2) Mughal, Shah Jahan I, silver rupee (11.42g, 21mm), Surat 1038. // (3) Mughal, Aurangzeb, 1658-1707, silver rupee (11.36g, 24mm), Akbarabad (now Agra) 1116 year 48. // (4) Mughal, Alamgir II, 1754-1759, silver rupee (11.38g, 22mm), Islamabad 1169 year 3. // (5) Awadh, Wajid 'Ali Shah, 1263-1272 / 1847-1856, silver nazarana rupee (11.03g, 28mm), Lucknow 1272 year 9, KM‑365.3 but struck on special broad flan for presentation purposes. Note: This is the last issue of Awadh, which was absorbed into British India in the following year (1857), due to an internal rebellion in Awadh that rapidly spread into other regions.
