Offered is a stunning ancient Indian stone figure from the Kushan period (2nd-3rd century AD) in magnificent and expertly hand carved style depicting a royal Indian man in very fine detail on face, hair, body, jewelry, attire, and circular background. This magnificent Indian stone figure is a fragment of a larger piece belonging to the early Kushan period in ancient region of Gandhara, Pakistan. Its condition is almost excellent, with some wear consistent with age; right arm and left hand are lost in antiquity.
