India Reserve Bank 5 Rupees Pick 23a (Razack-Jhunjhunwalla 4.4.1) ND 1943 signature Deshmukh black serial number variety D/29 668048, about UNC - UNC usual Pinholes and a very faint stain to lower right corner but an always collectable issue and much Scarcer compared to the higher 10 Rupees denomination of the same series. Green and multicolour featuring a crowned portrait of King George VI facing forward at right and as watermark. The reverse with illustration of antelopes in field and the Bank's seal at left.
