Ireland National Bank 1 Pound SPECIMEN PROOF on card PMS NA22 uniface in black and white SPECIMEN overprint on Manager signature area, Stg added to centre panel along with enlarged medallion at upper right and outlined ONE in centre underprint, printed by Perkins, Bacon & Petch, London. A very well-preserved example, about UNC - UNC with the usual pencilled annotation on reverse reads "April 14" and mounting marks, and a very small rust mark at centre on face.
