Mainly in blue featuring a portrait of Queen Elizabeth II and the "£20" symbol now filled in the upper right corner on obverse. The reverse with an illustration of St. Queen's Manor, the traditional home of the Seigneur of St. Ouen, and the ancestral home of the De Cartere with earliest record of the house dating back to 1135. Printed by Thomas De La Rue & Company and watermarked with a Jersey Cows head.
