Green-blue on gold and pinkish underprint featuring Dragon in panel at left, palace building at left centre on obverse and Farmer with two water buffalos at right on reverse. Watermarked Ngo Dinh Diem and a Rarely seen especially above the mid grade range and very interesting note being the highest denomination for the 1962 issues
