Obv.: Mother of God standing, holding Jesus Christ as child on her left hand, circular inscription clockwise, ΘΕΟΤΟΚΕ-ΒΟΗΘΕΙ (Mother of God help), traces of wreath border.
Rev.: Cross and below large block-monogram in the center, reading possibly as ΠΑ(VΛΩ), anticlockwise circular inscription, ΠΑΤΡΙΚΙΩ, traces of wreath border. Possible final reading: Paul patrikios.
