Obv.: Invocative cruciform monogram inscribed in the corners, ΘΕΟΤΟΚΕ ΒΟΗΘΕΙ ΤΩ CΩ ΔΟΥΛΩ (Mother of God help your servant), wreath border.

Rev.: Incomplete inscription in 4 (?) lines as the lead blank was too small for the boulloterion.
