Argentina Banco Nacional 3 Pesos Fuertes 1.8.1873 Pick S651s Specimen PMG About Uncirculated 55 EPQ. This scarce 19th century design seems to only be available in Specimen and Proof formats, ensuring that surviving examples are few and far between. At the time of cataloging, only one Proof and two Specimen have been graded by PMG. This national issue was intended to be redeemable for three crown-sized silver coins, but perhaps the oddity of the denomination prevented its issue. Hole punched cancellations and red overprints are seen.
