Canada Dominion of Canada $5 26.5.1924 DC-27P Front and Back Proofs PMG Choice Uncirculated 64 (2). Well preserved and desirable presentation set, this pair of face and back Proofs make up the 1924 $5 design which features a portrait of Queen Mary engraved by Robert Savage and a vignette of the so-called East Block of the Parliament buildings in Ottawa entitled East Block. PMG notes a surface scratch which can be detected to the right side of the Queen's portrait running diagonally down to just above the date.
