Iran Bank Melli 10,000 Rials ND (1938) / AH1317 Pick 38Cs Specimen PMG Gem Uncirculated 65 EPQ. A very scarce unissued denomination, beautifully inked, this type is only available in some sort of trial format. At the time of cataloging, this Specimen is the second highest graded example in the PMG Population Report, which adds desirability to an already exciting type. The color schemes and paper quality are outstanding. The red overprints are as fresh as the day they were applied.
