Iraq Central Bank of Iraq 5 Dinars ND (1973) Pick 64s Specimen PMG Uncirculated 62. Although this denomination is common in issued form, it is quite rare as a Specimen. Thomas de la Rue red oval overprints are seen on both sides of this note, along with red diagonal cancellations. One POC is seen in lieu of signatures. Typical mount remnants are visible along the left margin.
