Lebanon Banque de Syrie et du Liban 100 Livres 1945 Pick 53s Specimen PMG Gem Uncirculated 65 EPQ. Printed by the Bank of France, this iconic banknote is seldom seen in any format. Its high face value limited the number of notes issued, and prevented most from being saved. This Specimen is the first Gem-designated Uncirculated example to be graded by PMG. Simply outstanding original paper is seen on both sides. Elaborate engravings are seen at front, with a mountain and cedar design at back. A perforated cancellation is tastefully applied.
