South Africa Standard Bank of South Africa Limited, Durban 10 Shillings 1.5.1889 Pick S406 PMG Choice Fine 15. This banknote is one of the few 19th century types available for Africa, and it is desirable as such. Despite its square size, and age, it still retains excellent eye appeal. Most often, these types are split down the middle, either during production or after redemption. We have not offered this type previously.
