A note from BCD: One should perhaps just quote John Spring who in turn quotes Leonard Forrer in Spink's 1929 NC: "the [Bruder Egger] catalogues... are still constantly consulted by scientists and collectors alike". This first Prowe offering includes a selection of Greek rarities, as well as some stunning large Roman Provincial bronzes.
