A note from BCD: Although this was the year that Felix Feuardent became a partner in the business, the name of the company still had not changed to Rollin & Feuardent. The style and quality of cataloguing as well as the richness of the Greek material presaged the dominating position that the company would occupy in the French ancient coin market during the next few decades.
