George II (1727-1760), Guinea, 1745 LIMA, intermediate laureate head left, LIMA below, reads GEORGIUS, rev. crowned garnished shield, edge obliquely milled (Murdoch III, 52; Douglas-Morris 53; King 175; Schneider II, 591; MCE 320; Spink 3679), some die wear to high points, with a hint of tone overlying lustrous mint surfaces, much as struck, very rare thus.
