George II (1727-1760), Two-Guineas, 1753, third older laureate head left, reads GEORGIVS, rev. crowned garnished shield with rounded arches, edge 'coarse' chevron milled, 16.81g, 6h (Murdoch III, 47; King -; Schneider II, 581, dies 11/11; MCE 296; Spink 3669), polished with traces of rim marks suggesting past mounting, otherwise struck up, a bolder very fine a very rare date.
