Henry VI, First Reign (1422-1461), Quarter-Noble, 'Annulet Issue', struck AD 1422-1427, 'Tower', HENRIC [lys]' DI * GR[A] REX * ANGL', trefoil stops and on cusps, lis above shield, all in double tressure of eight arches, rev. EXALTABITVR IN GLORIA, mullet before IN, annulet after, floriate cross, crowned leopards in angles, lys in centre, 1.70g, 11h, m.m. lis (Whitton 1(a); Schneider I, 295; Isladulcie 80; N.1420; Spink 1810), dent to rim at 7 o'clock and with bright surfaces, otherwise almost very fine.
