Agnes Margery Pratt rose from British Army Reinforcement Staff Nurse to Sister in the Territorial Force Nursing Service. 'Nursing Sister A. M. Pratt went to France in December 1914 and served with distinction at Military Base and Front-Line Hospitals on the Western Front throughout the First World War, not returning to England until April 1919.'
