KINGS of PARTHIA. Phraates IV. 38/7-2 BC. BI Tetradrachm (30mm, 11.65 g, 12h). Seleukeia on the Tigris mint. Dated Artemisios 279 SE (April 33 BC). Diademed bust left / Phraates seated right, receiving palm from Tyche, holding cornucopia, standing left; ΓT above throne, traces of ΘOC (year) below throne, APT (month) in exergue. Sellwood 51.7 var (no ΓT); cf. Shore 270 (different date, but with ΓT); cf. Sunrise 388 (same). Lightly toned, cleaning marks, pitting, obverse struck with worn die. VF.
