KINGS of MACEDON. Perseus. 179-168 BC. Æ (22.5mm, 7.87 g, 11h). Pella or Amphipolis mint. Struck circa 200/197-179 BC. Helmeted head of Perseus right; harpa over shoulder / Eagle standing left, head right, on plow right; to left, EP above palm frond, monogram to right, Π between legs. Touratsoglou, Coin 105; HGC 3, 1095 (this coin illustrated). Glossy dark green patina, slightly off center. Good VF. Attractive in hand.
