"Si Xing Gong" (Unrestrained circulation publicly). Two large square test punch marks, one on the face and one on the side, as commonly encountered on these issues. The stamps are all well applied and clear with good definition of the characters making identification easy. A couple of light scratches can be seen on the face mentioned for accuracy, but hardly distracting for the issue. An interesting issue with lots of character sure to see spirited bidding from the specialist.
