A scarce large format W&S design in any grade and seen here in a Very Fine grade. Seen with arms at center, bank name at top, and a vignette of a Pagoda at left and a river scene at right. The face is printed in a light blue ink with a faint orange ink seen at center. The reverse is printed in a mariin ink, and the design displays intricate lathe work with a vignette of the bank building at center. Scarcely encountered in this grade level. PMG comments "Minor Restoration, Ink." PMG Pop 5/1 Finer.
