(KNB55a-c). Printed by W&S. This early 1913 dated variety shows still pleasing blue primary inks and red and blue under-printing. Arms at top center with vignettes of a coastal scene at left and a beach scene at right. The reverse is printed in an olive color, with the bank building at center. PMG comments "Minor Restoration, Stamp Ink."
