A group of punches with retrograde Earthly branches cyclical characters including Zi (Rat), Chou (Ox), Yin (Tiger), Mao (Rabbit), Chen (Dragon), Si (Snake), Wei (Goat), You (Rooster) and Xu (Dog) to be used as stamps or to create impressions in sealing wax or clay. Total weight 117.94 gms. All display attractive brown patina and all have remnants of pigment in the crevasses of the characters. Close inspection is advised and will reward the diligent bidder. SOLD AS IS/NO RETURNS.
