A six piece set "Celebrating the 50th Anniversary of the Founding of the People's Republic of China." Includes five coins, a banknote, album and slipcover, serial no. 14948. The album presents:

1) 1966 10 Yuan banknote of the 3rd series RMB;

2) 1985 1 Yuan, 20th anniversary of the Tibet Autonomous Region, KM-110;

3) 1985 1 Yuan, 30th anniversary of the Xinjiang Uigur Autonomous Region, KM-111;

4) 1987 1 Yuan, 40th anniversary of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, KM-158;

5) 1988 1 Yuan, 30th anniversary of the Kwangsi Autonomous Region, KM-180;

6) 1988 1 Yuan, 30th anniversary of the Ningxia Autonomous Region, KM-181.

The accompanying pamphlet states, "The People's Bank of China authorizes the Beijing Coingot Coins Co., Ltd. to decorate and pack the volume. Only 20000 volumes are issued." While the contents are not particularly rare, we have not seen this package before. Issued in 1999.
