Ptolemaic Kingdom. Ptolemy IV or Ptolemy V. 222-205/4 B.C. or 204-180 B.C. AE 35 medallion (34.7 mm, 37.44 g, 11 h). Alexandria mint. Head of Zeus-Ammon right, horn at top of head / ΠΤΟΛΕΜΑΙΟΥ ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ, two eagles, wings closed, standing left on thunderbolt; no controls. Svoronos 1423. VF, warm, chocolate-brown patina.

Svoronos gives this series to Ptolemies VI & VIII, a few decades later in the 2nd century B.C.Lorber & Faucher (2010) Series 6A say Ptolemies IV & V
