Ptolemaic Kingdom. Ptolemy XII Neos Dionysos (Auletes). 80-58 B.C. AR tetradrachm (24.6 mm, 12.13 g, 12 h). Paphos mint, 66/5 B.C. Diademed head of Ptolemy I right / ΠTOΛEMAIOY BAΣIΛEΩΣ, eagle standing left on thunderbolt, wings closed, palm behind; in field left: LIS (= yr. 16 = 65/6 BC.), headdress of Isis below; in field right: ΠA. Svoronos 1830; SNG Cop 411. Rough VF, somewhat irregular flan as typical, but losing nothing; original gray patina; rough area of corrosion damage over high spots of obverse.

Svoronos identifies this with Ptolemy XIII of Alexandria, Egypt
