Documento otorgado el 13 de Julio, 1892, durante el Periodo Presidencial de Porfirio Díaz, quien firma de manera autógrafa, refrendado por el Secretario de Hacienda Matías Romero, quien también firma al calce. Doblez central horizontal y vertical, rotura al centro de 3cm, 42x28, (al reverso se extiende una hoja más de validaciones legales, por lo que la superficie completa es 42x56), incluye sobre de correos original del documento con sello de lacre.

Designation of Arturo Ríos Unzueta as Payer of the 2nd class of the Army based in Durango, 1892. XF. Document granted on July 13, 1892, during the Presidential Period of Porfirio Díaz, who signed his autograph, endorsed by the Secretary of the Treasury Matías Romero, who also signed at the bottom. Central horizontal and vertical fold, tear in the center of 3cm, 42x28, (one more sheet of legal validations extends to the back, so the complete surface is 42x56), includes the original postal envelope of the document with wax seal.
