SICILY. Akragas. Circa 338-287 BC. Litra (Bronze, 18 mm, 4.55 g, 10 h). AKPAΓANTI Laureate head of Zeus to left. Rev. Eagle standing left, wings spread, clutching dead hare held in its talons. Basel 270 (this coin). CNS I, 116. SNG ANS 1113. Well struck and with an attractive near black patina. Slightly rough, otherwise, about extremely fine.
