While smaller electrum denominations from Mytilene are generally extremely rare, they usually copy the normal types from the mint's abundant hektai. The reverse on this 1/24 stater or Myshemihekte, however, appears to be completely new type, with an incuse head of a speckled panther to the left with a rectangular punch below.
