ΒAΣΙΛΕΩΣ / MEΓAΛOY - TIMAPX[OY] Nike standing left, holding wreath in her right hand and palm frond over her left shoulder. SC 1601.1. Extremely rare with the denominational mark. Slightly porous, otherwise, very fine.
The Δ/X on the obverse stands for '4 Chalkoi' or 'Tetrachalkon', a value mark that first appears under Antiochos IV (175-164 BC), and only extremely rarely on coins of the usurper Timarchos.
