AYT KAI M AYP CЄ ANTΩNЄINOC• Laureate, draped and cuirassed bust of Caracalla to right, seen from behind. Rev. ЄΠI•Γ•KΛ•MIΘPOY APX•A• / CAPΔIANΩN B• / NЄΩKOPΩN The Tyche of Sardis, on the left, standing right, holding cult statue of Kore in her right hand and transverse scepter in her left, facing Caracalla, on the right, standing left, holding scepter in his left hand and placing wreath on Kore with his right. Gemini III (2007), 424 = Kurth 4, 501.2 (same dies). Extremely rare, the finest of apparently just four known examples. Boldly struck and with a beautiful brown patina. About extremely fine.
