Cnaeus Pompey Junior (46-45 BC). AR denarius (20mm, 3.95 gm, 6h). NGC Choice VF 4/5 - 4/5. Uncertain mint in Spain (Corduba?), summer 46 BC-spring 45 BC, M. Poblicius, legate pro praetore. M•POBLICI•LEG•PRO•-PR, helmeted head of Roma right; crude bead and reel border / CN•MAGNVS•IMP, Hispania or Baetica (on left) standing right, shield and two spears over back, presenting palm with long stem to Pompey (on right) standing left on large prow. Crawford 469/1d. Sydenham 1035. Poblicia 10 and Pompeia 9.
