DIVA AVGVSTA, Livia standing left, holding patera and sceptre (BMC 8; RIC 186; RSC 55; RCV 2102 var.), a lovely example, pleasingly well-centred, some striking softness to high points, the portrait otherwise bold and gloriously accentuated by hints of electric-blue and ochre tone, a striking very fine, rare thus.
