Bruttium, The Brettii (214-211 BC), Æ Didrachm or Reduced Sextans, helmeted head of Mars left, wearing wreath, rev. Nike crowning trophy left, BPETTION in surrounding field (Scheu 4; HN Italy 1975; SNG ANS 30; SNG Copenhagen 1647), nicely centred with a uniform dark brown patina, near extremely fine.
