Infante Carlos, Duke of Madrid (30 March 1848 – 18 July 1909) was the senior member of the House of Bourbon from 1887 until his death. He was the Carlist claimant to the throne of Spain under the name Carlos VII from 1868 until 1909. Minted in Oñate, OT perhaps are initials of Oñate atelier in Spanish. Circulated in Basque Country and Navarre. The WC put a (b) letter for mint that is maybe for Brussels as people thought for long those coins were issued there but it is known today to be a mistake.
