Qarmatid, al-Hasan b. Ahmad, dirham, Dimashq 361h, obv., citing al-Hasan ibn / Ahmad in fourth and fifth lines, rev., citing al-Muti' lillah / al-Sa'dat al-rusa in sixth and seventh lines, 3.10g (cf Vardanyan 10), usual crude striking but about very fine for issue and apparently an unpublished variety. The specimen published by Vardanyan includes the additional title al-sayyid in the obverse field, which is not found on the present coin.
