An exquisite Belgium bond that shows a lovely Angel with colorful wings, holding up an anchor with a torch in hand touching the sun. Beautifully ornate border design, with a colorful crest at top right. The city of Bruges depicted at the top of the bond. The bond is truly a lovely piece of artwork. Eight of the thirty coupons are missing. In Very Fine condition. Folds are noticed through the bond, and minor soiling and spots are noticed on the edges of the bond. Very Fine.
