L. Cassius Longinus. 60 BC. AR Denarius (19mm, 3.88 g, 5h). Rome mint. Veiled and draped bust of Vesta left; uncertain letter (S?) to left, cylix to right / Voter standing left, dropping tablet inscribed V (Uti rogas) into cista to left. Crawford 413/1; Sydenham 935; Cassia 10; RBW 1493 var. (letter on obv.). Light iridescent toning, a few light scratches and marks. Good VF. Attractive.
