Naples or Ravenna (?), AD 687-690. d N IЧST-INIANO PP I, bust of Justinian II facing, wearing crown with cross and unusual chlamys, globus cruciger in right hand / VICtORIA-AVGVSTOR, cross potent with base on three steps; CONOB below, Θ removed from right field. Sear 1311 (uncertain Italian mint). DOC 70. MIB 35. Sharply struck from dies of interesting style.

Note - the style is similar to the issues from Naples, however, the removed theta on the reverse would seem to indicate Ravenna (Hahn).
