A usually rather common date in this 4-year series, yet one which escalates to an entirely new degree of rarity in this near gem grade. Presently tied with just a single other specimen at PCGS for the finest of 39 examples certified, the surfaces appear rich and satiny with hardly the least evidence of meaningful disturbances.
