A remarkable example of this very rare type with well-struck facing portraits of the King and Queen and exceptional eye appeal. The surfaces are lightly toned and quite attractive. A minute mark at 12 o'clock on the obverse is noted for accuracy, though the offering remains a true pleasure to behold. Sold with auction certificate from prior sale.
