Zeeland. Provincial gold 2 Ducat 1651 AU55 NGC, KM35, Fr-306. 6.84gm. Though a long-running issue, this Zeeland type can be quite difficult to locate in any date or condition. The present example is the first we have seen of this particular date and quite pleasing besides, boasting a near-full strike with only minute areas of weakness upon the portrait and reverse legend. The finer of only two examples certified by NGC.
