Aleksei Mikhailovich Yefimok (Jefimok) ND (1655) XF Details (Scratches) NGC, KM435, cf. Spassky-663. Displaying Czar on horseback and 1655 counterstamps (AU Standard) on a Philip IV Patagon from Tournai (cf. Dav-4470) with last numeral "5" visible in date. A few old scratches are noted to the left of the obverse face, as well as a large crack in the planchet that is perhaps the result of the pressure applied during the striking of the countermark. Nonetheless, a desirable representative of this very scarce Crown-sized countermarked issue.
